    • Telephone number: used exclusively to contact you in case of emergency related to your items (e.g., doubt about authenticity, parcel damaged upon receipt) or to organize a return
  • Proof of diligence: keeping logs of email dispatches (dates and times of sending end-of-mandate and reminder notifications) in order to justify compliance with contractual procedures in the event of a dispute

  • Management of orders and shipments (Buyers)
  • Tracking of deposits and appraisal, issuing the consignment contract and payment of earnings (Consignors)
