1. PurposeThese General Conditions of Sale (GCS) exclusively govern the contractual relations between the company DRESSING D (the Seller) and any person making a purchase on the Site (the Customer).
2. Products and Availability2.1. Nature of the ProductsThe products offered for sale are second-hand items specialized in gymnastics. These items come either from consignment contracts entrusted by third parties or from the company DRESSING D's own stock (firm purchases or free transfers). Due to their second-hand nature, pieces are generally offered as unique items. The company DRESSING D may also occasionally or permanently offer new items.
2.2. Condition of the ProductsDRESSING D undertakes to describe the condition of the items as accurately as possible (new, excellent condition, very good condition). The Customer accepts that the products may show minor traces of use related to their previous life.
2.3. PhotographsPhotographs are as faithful as possible but are not contractual (color variations may appear depending on the screens).
2.4. AvailabilityOffers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site. In the event of an order for a product that has become unavailable, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible and will be fully refunded.
3. PricesPrices are indicated in Euros including all taxes (VAT not recoverable by the Customer, margin VAT scheme applicable to second-hand goods), excluding delivery costs. DRESSING D reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery costs are indicated before the final validation of the cart.
4. Ordering and Payment4.1. ProcessCustomers with an account have the option to order on the Site at www.dressingd.fr. The Customer validates their cart, accepts these GCS, chooses their delivery method, and proceeds to payment.
4.2. PaymentPayment is due immediately upon ordering. The Customer can settle payment by payment card. Payment is secure and processed via Mollie. Your financial information is never communicated to the company. The order is only dispatched after confirmation of payment by the banking organization.
4.3. Retention of TitleThe transfer of ownership of the products to the Buyer is suspended until full payment of the price by the latter. For products owned outright by DRESSING D, the company retains ownership of the items until full collection of the order. For products subject to a consignment contract, ownership remains that of the third-party consignor until full payment of the price by the Buyer, in accordance with the mandate entrusted to the company.
